Bacon-Smothered Burger with Crockpot Green Beans

Bacon-Smothered Burger with Crockpot Green Beans

This is a Paleo-ish twist on Hamburger / Hamburger Steak. If you are die-hard Paleo use the Coconut Milk. If you are die-hard about it tasting amazing use the heavy cream.
