10 Muscle Ups
You get the point.
Do this for time. Jake did Muscle ups while I did the bench. Then we swapped.
Wait about 7 min then go to the next workout.
1 min at each station. Time does not stop for transitions.
Total Score is all the reps/Calories you do in all 4 rounds.
