Sweet Potato Shepherds Pie

This was one that I was not sure about. I made it during the day then had to go to work. Jackie got into it before I got home and talked about how good it was. Must be good if she liked it (She is My Biggest Critic) It was a close 1, 2 this week with this and the Sausage dish.

It’s delicious. Try it and get a healthful flavor boost from sweet potatoes.
