How to make “UNSCARED” Coffee

I get questions all the time about what I have in the morning if I am going to an early workout.

Its called “Unscared” Coffee. It is like Bulletproof coffee only better.
It is an amazing source of energy that helps with recovery long before the workout ends.
We take

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (Medium Chain Triglyceride i.e. Good Fat )
  • 1 1/2tbsp Grass Fed Butter (another Medium Chain Triglyceride)
