Lets start off with a question.

Do you every find yourself trying to AVOID certain situations?

That phone call you need to make…..

That awkward conversation that needs to happen……..

It is the fear of unknown outcomes that prevents us from doing what we need to do.

Our thoughts are a powerful thing. We can only be overwhelmed by our thoughts of something. Not the THING itself.
