With the Halloween season in full spring, a lot of attention is being paid to the pumpkin. Yes, the thing we all carve into and stick candles in, and the fruit we use to make delicious pies during the Holiday seasons. However, why do a lot of us regulate pumpkin consumption to just these specific times?
