Best Burgers You Will Ever Eat!

This time of year is the best time for burgers on the grill, really any time of the year is great for burgers.

The problem is, burgers get a bad wrap because the fast food world revolves around Hamburgers. The likes of McDonald’s and Burger King have made us all think about burgers in a negative way.

When in reality, burgers made on the grill are a great meal. Pair them with no bun and some grilled or roasted veggies or a large dinner salad and you have a great healthy meal.

Lets look at this new burger recipe we did for MealFit Ready.

First things first. Make sure you make your Cream Cheese mixture and get it to room temperature. If it is still cold,that is fine, it is just easier to spread when it is softer.

• Heat up your grill to high heat.

• Mix the Beef, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and Tony’s. Divide the beef into 8 thin burgers.

• Take 4 of the burgers and spread the cream cheese mixture on the inside.

(Depending on how cold your cream cheese is you may have to use your hands to spread it.)

SONY DSC • Take the 4 burgers that do not have the cream cheese on them and put them on top of the burgers and crimp the edges to make 4 larger burgers.  SONY DSC • Place the burgers on the grill for about 3-4 minutes. SONY DSC • Then flip and let cook for another 4-5 minutes.

• Take off and let rest for 4-5 minutes.

This is not complicated, Wow your friends and make these for your next get together.

Burger

• 1 ½ lbs. of Ground Beef
• 2 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 tsp Of Tony’s
• 1 head of Iceberg lettuce

Inside
• 4oz cream Cheese
• ½ tsp Garlic
• 1 tsp Salt

Optional Toppings
• Bacon
• Cheese
• Balsamic Grilled onions

Burgers
