Herb Roasted MealFit Chicken

This is an easy dish.

Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients:

½ C Grass Fed Butter
1 tbsp Garlic
2 tbsp of chopped oregano
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp Lemon zest
½ tsp black pepper
1 ½ tsp Salt
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Mix everything except the chicken until well combined

Sear Chicken on both sides it in a oven safe cast iron skillet.

Take your herb crust and place all over the top of the chicken.

Bake on 425 for 13 minutes
