This is one of the simplest side dish recipes we have ever done. We paired this with our Special Jasmine Rice and it is amazing.
This is even better in the summer and early fall when they tomatoes are ripe and tasting at their peak.
- 1 pint of Cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp of salt, pepper mix.
- ½ tbsp. of garlic
Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
Mix good…. Real Good
Place on a cast iron skillet. (or oven Safe Skillet)
Bake on 425 for 10-15 min
