- 4 cups kale
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Step 1: Add 4 cups of kale to your food processor bowl to get them fine.
Step 2: Add the finely chopped kale to a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add almonds, raisins and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: Mix olive oil and lemon juice together and pour over kale.
Step 5: Mix with your hands until combined.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy this tasty dish.
