We’re all busy and we all get hungry. Sometimes we get hungry and can’t wait very long to get our dinner.

It wouldn’t be a smart idea to go get fast food through a drive through because then we’ll binge on highly refined carbs, lots of sodium, and bad fat.

Below is a list of paleo meals that can be made in 30 minutes or less. Try them out next time you’re in a pinch!

Sweet & Spicy Meatballs with Broccoli Salad

Sweet and Spicy Meatballs are a fan favorite. We did these for MealFit Ready This week and they were a huge hit. The Chipotle Peppers in adobo sauce can be found in the Hispanic Section.

I should’t really call these Sweet and “Spicy,” because the “spice” I added to them isn’t “hot.” Does that make sense? I really don’t care if it does or not because these are damn good.

I really wasn’t expecting much, but after taste-testing one … ahem a few … I was pleasantly surprised.

Prep Time: 15-20 min

Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. of ground beef
• 1/2 lb. of ground pork
• 2 tbsp. of butter
